I did enjoy the forums, but a huge percentage of the participants are EXTREMELY liberal and very willing to attack any viewpoint that doesn't march in lockstep with theirs.Many of the posters also seem to the think MMM is a demigod who is deserving of their worship and if your money tactics don't 100% agree you will also be ridiculed and insulted.

With all written about the coaching and seminar industry here on BP I will just say this: the information given is often either elementary or incorrect, the 'coaches' are often reading from a script and are former salesman for the guru who were not successful, and the background of the guru being worshipped as a real estate god has often been massaged, rewritten, or recreated.  

Where are the places of worship in the area?

Still think that more people should, at least, put in some effort before going to a place of worship (not that it makes any difference…).You also don’t dress up because you are in a different league – experience, volume/size of transactions and presence in the market place.

Only a few money makers that everyone worships and the hype can be comical.

People worship it too much on here and I am been rallying against the way it is used for months now.

We live in a Plutocracy, masquerading as a Democracy, working to eviscerate it's fundamentals as a Republic, to build an alter of Socialistic cult-worship, for the neo-Kings who seek to save us from our selves.

.- There have been some nice recent changes in the neighborhood, mainly due to a new big house of worship and others within walking distance.

Hello BP, for the area to growth there must be some future projects going on and current infrastructure that are hard to duplicate, but it is wise to purchase an apartment near to schools, malls, places of worship & etc because of the traffic, noise pollution and extreme density that may actually increase the tenant turnover as it is uncomfortable to live in such location?
