What kinds of questions do buyers ask? I have never gone to an FSBO. My real estate hunts have been via a real estate agent, who basically opened the door for me. S/He signed in and walked me through the building, sometimes pointing something out, sometimes not. S/He said very little, and could not answer many of my questions, (by law) and of course, had no knowledge of most of the places shown me.

I'm planning on selling my house myself via a 5 day sale and want to be as well prepared as possible.
What questions do buyers ask an owner-what do they want to know about the property? What do you ask?
