Whereas in reality it was the opposite, work wasn't getting done, I was getting pictures of small sections of home that looked like he was working on,  he wasn't paying the crew and even had random women living in my place with alcohol bottles and ramen noodles all around.

As much as I hate to admit it, many subs don't...respect women and will lie/deceive/misrepresent things, especially when they know you're new to this type of thing. 

Maybe I need my cleaner to light up outside, walk in with smokey clothes, and see if that sets it off.

I lived in 1 BR and rented out 4 BR to professional women.

There was roughly 3 feet of clothes, trash, etc. piled in the entire house when we purchased it.

Or else, all the real life average Americans who used or ever used a mortgage to finance a home purchase are evil men and women.
