In 2016, my journey into the world of real estate began, rooted in the vibrant community of La Mesa, California and when I joined the BiggerPockets community.

While regulations and guidelines do tend to stay consistent at their root, they do change.

The outside drain still has some cast iron pipe with some small tree roots in it and I plan to get a plumber to clean and reline the pipes with that blue stuff.

Instead of chasing success, I focused on crafting a genuine connection with my clients through informative videos and a heartfelt commitment to service.As the seeds of change took root, the fruits of my labor began to blossom.

Call it opportunistic grass roots marketing.

I need to get back to my roots.

Anne  Your welcome the over improving the properties is rooted a lot with turnkey companies and brokers .. you know the granite and stainless and other higher end finish's that look great to an investor but really are not necessary for a renter..

Just as the current way of business was rooted from about 100 years ago and the MLS took center stage the last few decades, things will change.
