I am not planning on driving the routes - would need to have a manager & dispatcher while having trucks and drivers actually drive the routes and deliver packages.The businesses seem to be quite strong cash-flow-wise but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to get into this business.Would appreciate any feedback on this.Thanks.

My advice would be sell the truck, and drive the paid for BMW.

Trucking is the major cost.

But if he can't work on my job, or can't get gas for his truck when he's waiting on 4k, that BofA has had for a week and is still acting like they don't have it - this impacts us too.

The property is currently leased and tenant works in construction so he has a big truck parked on the driveway.
