You can google to get some more info, but basically it's a thicker and more premium vinyl that comes in both "wood-look" or more artificial types.

But the house is stucco exterior with tons of cracks in the stucco that have to be repaired. 2 stucco Contractor's have quoted us $12k - $15k to sand blast, patch, apply a new "brown coat" and finishing color coat.

A good power wash and coat of paint on the outside goes a long way too.You can get estimates from many mobile home-specific contractors that understand these needs if you are not going to do it yourself.Basic repairs on a decent old home can run between $2,500 to $15,000 depending on how bad of shape it's in.
