The proformas are utter nonsense because they know the product is no longer a viable investment.

Reason being is that it allows you to invest in other products other than they offer, so that's why they don't promote these . 

It's a relationship game more than anything, so if you're building strong relationships with them and providing a consistent product, you'll be golden.

I do feel QBO kinda traps you into the system (Like Apple products, haha) becuase it is the "Go-To" for Bookeepers and Accountants.  

Typically this means they will take longer to close, may not have all the information for the companies they work with, and most hard money brokers get their money by taking an existing product and adding extra points to pay their fee.What is your investor success rate?

These companies selling products tend to drain agents dry at these conventions selling every do dad that is supposed to give them an edge over everybody else.

What is the end product of your effort and where is it located, how long will it take to sell?

The truth is, over the last few years, many of these people are barely cashflowing at all and the default rate with the banks on this product is skyrocketing.
