They should all be warned and suspended if behavior continues.

This will hurt the tenant's credit score, it will warn future landlords when they run a credit check, and it will prevent the tenant from qualifying for a personal loan, home loan, etc.

The premise remains the same, as does my warnings.

We try to warn owners that an agent getting a commission for finding a tenant is fine, but having that same agent do the screening is a MAJOR conflict of interest. 

What warnings or encouragements would you offer us.

I am sure there are qualified people to train you, but I would warn you to have anything Pace Morby or anyone else teaches reviewed by your attorney.  

I was asking for help and explaining the situation while also warning people of potential issues.
