I was looking at some bank owned foreclosures, which were ok but not great, and then I decided to drive into a new constuction community and was blown away, at $200k I could have a brand new 3,000 sqft 3 bed with game room, great room, living room, dining room, .5 acres, community pool, basketball, tennis, soccer only $45 HOA. 30 minutes from the center of the major city in that state.

I am originally from Chicago, IL and attended the University of Indianapolis while playing collegiate soccer and studying business for 3 years, so am very familiar with the Indy area.

His kids were big in soccer and so were mine. 

Strict “default schedules”, etched in stone date nights with both the wife and kids, plan the day trips, soccer games etc, out in advance...I agree time is more valuable than money and as I have scaled I have allowed lower returns in return for time - which has allowed me to scale.

What's more important to you the soccer game or getting into real estate and being successful? 

I came here to pursue professional soccer and while trying to make that dream a reality, I got my license and registered with a brokerage to work on the commercial side earlier this month.
