Calendly.com is very good but only offers 12hr max time slots.

Because of the time difference I am able to do my UK work in the morning and slot the US stuff in the afternoon.

man this is what everyone starting out who can stand to live in a 4 plex should do for one year.. use one mortgage slot buy 4 doors.. live there a year then move on.. refi and use the fha loan again or leave it in place and go conventional on the next one..

What better way to get doors then to buy 4 plex with FHA live there a year buy another until you used up your 4 mortgage slots. you now have 16 doors in 5 years lets say all for 3.5% down and hopefully rates will stay stable.

@Arthur Zaragoza   I am not sure about others but I would have your take out figured out before I paid cash and counted on a refi.I would think your American relatives are best bet to get this done for you. they will be limited to loan slots ... then you can go portfolio and then lastly semi hard money if it makes sense.true non recourse with secondary lenders is in the 8 to 9% apr rates with 50% down..

But we make sure they understand that if they pick the time and are not there, they get billed for a service call.Also, like the cable company analogy, arrange big windows on your time slots in case your people run late.Wm
