Everyone is sick of the heat.

Avoiding paying higher taxes than necessary is a huge part of both generating wealth and holding on to that wealth, plain and simple.

When exposed pressboard connects with water it acts like a wick and sicks teh water up - expanding and warping the material.   

I suspect you have a sick rate on it, so it might not make sense if it was double what you already have.

Another place in the city to consider is anything in Jamaica Plain/Brookline area near the hospitals.

I did have the handy guy clean and dry off the area on two or three separate occasions.Moving forward to two weeks ago, they are complaining of mold and now sickness, I hired a property manager to deal with this. 

But then again, I'm just sick and tired of the smell of weed coming out of my apartments, as it is so very closely related to late rent and other habitual-loser shenanigans.
