I was under the impression that the tree that had fallen was a tree that grew on my property.Fast forward to now and I learn from a new PM that the tree was a neighbor's tree and my tenants are asking to have the section of fence repaired.  

@Arpitkumar ShahLandowner in Texas has no legal obligation to share in costs or future maintenance of fence built by neighbor, unless there was prior agreement to do so.

I know I am responsible for the mailboxes in my property, however I also know that tampering with mail is a federal offence.  

Now yes, stocks have a foundational component of the business fundamentals which places a kind of "fence" on that price range, but the list is long of those who are priced and traded on PERCEPTUAL, again another example is Tesla, or how about AMC or GameStop, or eXp Realty, these are just a few who have clearly moved in price actions far far disconnected from business fundamentals. 

A replacement fence costs about $45 per linear foot in my market. 200 feet of fence would be $9,000.

Hey man, no offence meant but if you don't know the term 'value add' or 'war zone' or know what a CAP rate is, I would **NOT** suggest buying a property.And this is coming from someone that normally tells people to just close their eyes and jump in. 

One gets fined here in CA for $100 1st offence and more severe penalty as one is messing with equal housing law.

I will tell you.You , Me, him , her, that guy that wants to list their house,  that guy that wants to sell it himself, that guy that wants to sell it to us for cash.YES EVERYONE wants to sell their house fast.No one wants to sell their house slow.It is NOT about search volume, it is about MOTIVATION.Those that look for keyword volume, no offence know NOTHING about lead gen.What do you rather have?
