I have no clue on the deals and the deep dive into these is above my pay grade.. but I can say that deals that subscribe in an hour or so .. then little to no due diligence is done  at least deep due diligence .. and its the herd mentality.and I can only harken back to Realty shares heydays with Nav Athwal.. 

There's a few mortgage brokers in the area I'm happy to connect you with do dive deeper into your options.

Plus at night, many business areas are dead quiet so it's very peaceful.

If you decide to use them as managers who take a % of nightly rates, I HIGHLY recommend asking them about ALL fees that they charge - including the fees that "Guests pay". 

Having him easily saves us more in deductions every year then we pay for our taxes and I can sleep well at night knowing that a professional is looking everything over before we he files them. 

And then again, maybe I’ll dive into both simultaneously since I feel very confident from experience now.Like @Michael Baum Baum said, guests from both platforms can be quality (I vet to ensure this).
