Usually, the "materials, colors and fixtures" that are "in-vogue" will also be mass produced (which also means "cheaper") and sold at your local Home Depot and Lowes. 

So I understand to scale a training business many times you have to outsource ( don't know if this company is doing that) But out source your lead gen funnel.. pretty tough for the actual owners to respond to all the hits they are going to get if they are out on the web with mass advertising.. 

This creates less of a rental pool, creating an artificially higher price within a year or two if done in masses.

No disrespect but  "Can not make a living" are you talking about MASS foreclosures and then the MASSES doing short sales all over the news and FOX and CNN? 

In Worcester, I think your numbers are pretty close, but there are also a lot of Programs between Mass Save, and the City of Worcester that will pay for many of these things if you agree to an income restriction, or sell income restricted.
