My wife and I use something we call the "One card" that we learned from another Memphis area investor.

They are business CC but I don't use them anymore and would rather use cash/debit cards.

I seem to remember that I didn't even have a business card until then either.You are VERY late to the game to be making these decisions. 

Your credit limit on an unused card will not generally affect your scores.

I’ve bought some houses with 0% interest for a year credit card loans.

When you do it, you show your cards, but new people don't knew because they are thirsting for help and will take it from literally anybody.

But you play that card if you have to.

Hold on to the cards forever (closing accounts or opening new cards can impact your score).
