It finally got to a point where I said "I know I need to upgrade but this thing wont break" I did upgrade but still use my older Macbook to download music because they just dont get viruses.

I work in an environment that allows me to listen to music/podcasts/audiobooks during my entire shift.

It might sound like music to your ears, but a lot of times they're just telling you what they know want you to hear just to get their foot in the door. 

My dad has always had a passion for music and ended up teaching guitar lessons for a living out of one of the buildings.

Once it warmed up the people that live across the street are outside all day sitting on the porch, playing loud music, partying, selling drugs etc...  

Capitol Hill is for the younger 20-30s crowd, bar-hopping and restaurants, music venues, etc...Queen Anne has great properties in your pricepoint, too.

BP is a a great starting point in connecting with investors/contractors who have been there and done that in music city.  

We spent way more time discussing the name of the band than we did practicing music, let alone rehearsing together.

I've literally switched from listening to music in my car to these podcasts.
