Have you tried using public speaking + presentations to augment your cold calling? 

My augment is that you are going to have to pay taxes on your Qualified Retirement Money anyway so you might as well pay now while taxes are lower and not wait decades to finally get access to it.

Wondering if that is enough time to accumulate a portfolio of investment properties that will generate between $50k-$100k per year of income to (help) pay for may daughter's grad school (student loan debt is anathema to me), and then continue to augment our pension and stock portfolio throughout retirement and finally leave as inheritance. 

For rent rest of this post, I will assume your goal is to augment your current income or to replace your current income over time.

But it is not everything, those two days are augmented by the video training that all members get. 

In my experiences much of the comments about pics, appliances, the fence or whatever can augment the process but it has never ever prevented people from inquiring.

I would like to someone provide an augment like this for why another state is better with some number facts too.

That said, desalination is increasingly being used to augment other water sources such as aquifers and snowpack in wetter years and is already being done in parts of California.....so it's not like the region is going to dry up and become uninhabitable anytime soon.
