It was an absolute slog full of apologizing for our house when friends/family would visit.

Additionally, the price point is still cheap enough to find the 1% rule and positive cash flow and it's super landlord friendly (so you will never have to go through a 12 month eviction or anything close to that!).

I don't Atlanta is too landlord friendly and the demographics shift it harder to do business everyday.  

The market is investor-friendly and has a low barrier to entry.

Work with Investor friendly Real Estate Agents who are held to the TREC standards.

Have you seen any lenders becoming more flexible with STR/AIRBNB friendly with this route.

I try to be friendly everywhere I go to make friends and believe that building a network wouldn’t be too difficult for me but I don’t know what I don’t know.

I have many investor friends who have 10+ each and in areas that I would not think there would be demand. 

If you are a spouse, minor child, etc the rules are different than if you are an adult friend.
