My question is on the definition of that phrase.

But legal description contained phrase "one half of lot [x]..." which is a dead give away that this is not a legal lot under the Subdivision Map Act.  

Maybe with a bit of luck a Canadian investing abroad will pick up on some keyword alerts.

Thinking of the phrase, "Keeping up with the Joneses", we are contemplating adding a hot tub, because Airbnb is reporting that properties with pools and hot tubs get twice as many bookings. 

an idea: on your laptop: create a folder, and in that folder create files by categories, then create as many files, subfolders as you want, keep organized, and you can even search for key words in the future!

Sadly, many hard money lenders have hijacked the private money lender keywords so they are much more challenging to identify via google.

People have keyword alerts set up, and then someone arrives and pitches their town, which then triggers a lot of other keyword alerts to be triggered.

I'm not the one here who is using the strongly worded, nasty sentences and phrases directed at those who don't agree with him.
