If you want to check us out sometime we'd be happy to have you as a client.Really quick I wanted to break down Pros/Cons of SmartMove.Pros:- Ability to have applicant or landlord pay for the report- Access to a full credit report that includes score- Eviction data is included which is not the case for every credit reportCons:- Criminal data missing from MA, DE, SD, WY and CO- Tenant involvement (if that is a hangup for you)- No one is fact checking your report due to it being an instant serviceSM is a instant service and the 5 states mentioned above do not allow "instantaneous access" to their criminal databases.

I'm looking to use the futures market as my real estate ATM machine because it's instantaneous financial gains, then possibly setup an S corp or LLC (whatever my CPA says will work best for the given situation) and move whatever properties I may be lucky enough to attain under that corporate entity through the county recorders office.All in due time!

My wife's Grandfather passed six year ago and his house in West Vancouver sold instantaneously for almost 40x what he paid for it in the 1950s ;-)   Things have only become sillier since then and I'm sure kids are quick to spin-off Mom & Pop's place after they enter a retirement home or pass.
