Lastly and for me what was very beneficial is just to immerse yourself on the website and read read read!!

Fully immersing yourself by additionally reading books will increase the learning process.  

I'm trying to immerse myself in this as much as I can. 

I've been listening to the podcasts and reading countless articles from the site, so I am very excited to begin this journey and immersing myself in the BP community. 

After being exposed to this site watching my father depend on it's advice and viewing several podcasts and member experiences, I have decided to take the plunge and immerse myself in the wealth of experience this group has to offer. 

Immerse yourself with it and you'll be fine.

Get on the phone and/or visit your local lenders for a face to face and you find yourself immersed in so much financial speak that you need a recorder to take notes.As for the other parts of my "team" contractors are a slow and growing process as is having a very good reliable agent that also understands my criteria ( everyone's different ) and also meshes with my personality.The latter is one that I see is more of a challenge for several in this forum.

They did not respond so it appears they are another game player.

Specifically I am immersing myself wither literature pertaining to buy and hold and am striving to avoid analysis paralysis by offering soon on a property I have had my eye on and jumping in to the the business of having tenants.   

As far as my experience with managing student housing I myself have recently stayed on a college dormitory for a semester to immerse myself into the culture and to see exactly what the needs of the students their parents and the universities are, and how I can scale my business to meet that demand.
