Hey Khaled, I have a PM who focuses on multi-family and has high praise from my clients.

I'm still getting up to speed with things, so I can't say quite yet exactly what type of real estate investing I'd like to pursue, but from what I know so far I'm leaning toward long-term single family rentals in the Colorado Springs area.

My vision for CountOnCam LLC is to be a company that would like to provide a shared housing experience for women and children, immigrants, and low income families.

My first choice would be a duplex but I'm also looking into single family.
