Can you suggest a few good insurance providers that operate in that market?

We've sent out a cohost request and most hosts are asking ~22%, which is higher than what ABB suggests - but seems to be in line with what traditional local prop management places charge.My question: Long term obviously it makes sense to learn to do this all myself and be self sufficient.   

You are going to have to weight that against your desire to transfer management.If you want to go down the path of outsourcing some of the burden, suggest you make a list of everything you do.

If you are running into DTI issues, I suggest looking into DSCR loans.

Having said that, since you're a newbie my strong suggestion is to go thru a professional initially.  

Hi Robert, in terms of the work that could be done easily I suggest activities such as painting, flooring if you have the proper tools, and tiling.

I am broken record here on the forums - I highly suggest checking out as many in-person networking events as possible!  

But in Smarter Contact, even though it's not required (if you're in the Elite or Enterprise Plans), they're strongly suggesting it and even have a report on "carrier block rate" percentage.
