It is a bit mind blowing that we can now access such a vast resevoir of wisdom here, kinda makes up for all the time wasted on nonproductive internet crap:)The warchest therory has another downside; similiar to folks endorsing gold to hedge against catastrophe, what happens when the storm passes and you and everyone else now has to turn their gold into cash at the same time?

An attorney can handle the settlement of the transaction and all you need the title company to do is run the title on the property for you as if you were the end buyer and then issue an endorsement to the policy for the final owner.
