Kitchen cabinet handles were placed upside down, cabinet doors were installed backwards, electrical line for thermostat was ran on the inside of the bedroom exposed, trash swept into newly installs vents from the furnace, cracked tub, wall switches were installed sideways in some rooms, wall outlets were installed upside down on some walls, list goes on.

So the major issues in a house are a foundation issue or a structural issue, the next tier down would be a mechanical issue like Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, then roof - which isn;t an issue a new roof is very common in a fix n flip, and then the outside facade: Brick repair, driveway repair, brick pointing.

I understand that a GC is suppose to have subs, but this was work I had contracted with HIM, it was not electrical or foundation work that needed to be subbed it was to him and I was under the impression he was the one working.
