To guard against neglectful tenants, the leases do say that repairs to the refrigerator, washer and dryer will be made at the discretion of the landlord.

Hi BP, i’m curious if anyone has moved an electrical meter without upgrading service. i recently upgraded a meter and was forced to move it to a new location however now i can’t pass inspection because the service enters the building before the meter (only good route to get to new meter was indoors) i really want to avoid a new electrical drophas anyone found a way to enter the building before metering?

But if I wanted lights and refrigerator etc, I had no choice but solar, this is why you're correctly alluding to the rural aspect.... 

- what if one tenant doesn't have enough space in the refrigerator?

Our rent-by-the room residents appreciate a lockable bedroom door, a private bathroom, sufficient on-site parking, a large refrigerator and a large washer and dryer (in order of most to least important).

It's not realistic in most cases because warehouses are built as that, which means they run much less electric and plumbing.
