@Dominic Richardson You probably need more information about the park in terms of any deferred maintenance and current upkeep yearly amount. 

I realize many here don't live as close to your buildings as I do, mine are all within 5 miles, but for those of you who don't live far from your properties, how often do you drive by?

I think there are locations where you won't find anyone dominating the area, or kicking *** remodeling homes.

Hey Gene, If you're concerned about a property's DSCR try looking at a property that is currently rented.

This realtors long history of dominance in an area also brings pricing confidence when you are setting up your budgets on day one. if you are doing more than 1 per year and giving them close to full commission on the purchase and sale, you can really create a great team member who is winning every time you are.
