Now you’re tasked with disclosure possibilities.  

The seller checked unknown for all disclosures citing they never lived in the house.  

We decided not to use agents on either side, but paid for a transaction coordinator to set up escrow and handle the paperwork (mandatory disclosures, etc.). 

That said, did the seller provide a property disclosure?

We haven't closed on the home but the home had couple of engineering problems that the builder has identified during the construction phase and have advised that they are going to provide disclosures for the same.

I’ve reviewed my Closing Disclosure and gathered all necessary documents, but I’d love to hear from those who have been through the process.

Full disclosure they are our firm's referral partner, but more than likely  they can save you money and are cheaper then alternative companies 

On top of that, full disclosure to the seller is likely required and anything short of that can land you in a pile of trouble.

Don’t hesitate to ask the seller for maintenance records and disclosures about past issues.

I'm purchasing the property from Fannie Mae, so there are no disclosures and a general lack of information about the property's history.From what I'm reading on this thread, I need to do at least 2 of the following in order to rent the 3rd:1.)
