"OK" leads, but it is expensive.Cold calling gets you crap leads, takes a ton of work, but it is cheap.Driving for dollars is the same as cold calling.Cold calling and driving for dollars CERTAINLY are not the best ways to generate leads by any means.

It's a crap shoot everywhere.

Obviously, we believe that without a proper vetting of the borrowers credit history, etc. this type of loan is a crap shoot.  

Most people who list and sell their own homes with no experience as an agent crap the bad in fantastic fashion.

So we brought in more QUALITY and either got fired or fired the crap clients and we feel very efficient.

I have gone down the path of painting a few times and it is quite labor intense and with that not cheap, it has to bone REALLY well - prep-work, primer, coat finish, the right products etc otherwise you get crap results.

We will never eradicate it, but we do not have to tolerate it.2.

I don't know him or his system at all but I've seen enough of these to know that there's a 99.9% chance he's selling you a line of crap.
