Building homes is fulfilling and lucrative but I often feel like my days are spent just chasing down contractors and materials, and pointing out everything that is wrong with work that has been completed.Over the last ~6 months I thought long and hard about all my options.

Hi Shyam Sridharan I would recommend to get a contractor to make all the changes.

This is important] and my Wife is [employee, contractor, Home Maker, . . ] We are landlords and own properties [see example from above].

It offers a salary or hourly pay while providing hands-on experience in managing rentals, hiring contractors, and reviewing lease applications etc.

The property had foundation work done just prior to the sale but continued having problems, even after I hired a second contractor to correct.

I'm a General contractor here so I see this happen all the time with vacants that sit =)
