I’ve had a couple of properties over the years that I think would’ve worked, but I was concerned about who would run the operation.

I would be less concerned about the cheapest money and more concerned about decent terms and execution.

These 2 platforms don't focus on MTR but vacation rentals so using Furnished Finder is a better way to get those longer term folks.I have always been a bit concerned about the area's penchant for restrictions.

Or is your concern about cash flow related to your lender?

there you go. the problem is appraisal. comparable sales, and your approach to building an ADU against the recommendation of your market. super beginner strategy it's popular in ohio as well but just not worth the investment. 

Once you get through this process there hasn't been any concerns after that.
