Background:We recently rented our 2 bedroom unit to new tenants in Massachusetts; they are boyfriend and girlfriend.

Currently renting my basement out to a single mother and her child since last March, original rent was $1575 (all utilities) and I saw her situation at the time and dropped it to $1500 for a 12 month lease with all utilities included, she purchased a electric charging vehicle less than two months after moving in so obviously taking full advantage of all utilities included.Two months ago, she had a boyfriend stay with her and told me that it was temporary while he is looking for a new place.

One girl has credit score of 400, her supposed boyfriend has credit score of 650, 2 other adults will also be moving in with them, which is the height of our limit of 4 people per room, I don't know the other 2 credit scores yet but of course I'll screen.

Her boyfriend appears by all appearances to be living at the house and moved in.  2 other men are there at least 4 days a week, and none of the neighbors have hardly seen the guy I leased to and they've only seen his wife once or twice in 4 months. 

They will without hesitation move in their expectant daughter soon to be followed by the dead beat X-con boyfriend.

Not my own but happened to my CPA who runs a successful private firm:Her daughter (teen) allowed her boyfriend (teen) to drive her car which was in CPA's name/insurance.

We have a strong suspicion that the seller and her boyfriend have been playing games with everyone from the beginning, and I'm hoping our "playing hardball" called them out on it. 

I have an inquiry about a 2BR from a family consisting of a woman, her son, boyfriend and mother.

I have a possible tenant who would like to add her boyfriend to the lease.
