The absentee owners I know that have property in Seattle get absolutely BOMBARDED by calls, postcards, etc., from flippers, bird dogs, agents, developers, and you name it.

Sorry to bombard all you incredible people with questions, but it is a forum and you all seem really nice. 

Of course no one answers their phone these days and they are bombarded with robocalls.

@Andrew Postell I am in 100% agreeance with you, and, I also get bombarded with the exact same dismay and arguments as your getting every time I share my stance, and especially when I share the math of it all, and if I share historical numbers, well it seems to send people into full frothy-mouthed rage for some reason. 

Any guesses what we'll be bombarded with if the dust bowl years repeat?

I walked in the door of a meet up group last night and was instantly bombarded (a good thing) with about 10 business cards.

You have to understand seasoned investors get bombarded constantly from people saying they want help and to learn the business.
