I was never made aware that anyone had a family member pass and if anything I was always understanding to any type of family emergencies, power outtages, etc that happened on numerous occasions.

I even send faxes to myself then blast them off as an email on occasion.

If you are a solid investor focused agent, I’d be game to discuss Hi Noah, there aren't a ton of great opportunities out there at the moment but I do see some on occasion.

Most of the presenters are local, including me on occasion.

However a blank slate on a deal is always nice in my opinion. 

It's a blank canvas as to terms (at least until he states what his are.)  

People tend to think that all there is to it is filling in the blanks of a contract, but understanding the process and how to negotiate the nuances in your contingencies are where tens of thousands of dollars are lost or won.

Having said that, I have interacted with Chris Seveney on many occasions and have found him to be an upstanding guy who is very generous with this time, knowledge, and expertise.
