Your best bet is to ask for referrals from professionals in the space: realtors, other investors, this forum, FB groups, etc.

I get FinTech is a high-risk activity, but imagine the industry will consolidate to one or a few strong players.

Your best/safest bet would be a regular lease combined with an option to purchase.

I bet they would jump on it to save the money- or simply help them with social media marketing etc.

How is this overhead advancing Radd's investment activities? 

This would be an easy decision however I do not think you can come close even with you being active in the process.
