My opinion was he attempted to add levity/humor to a thread that is getting too personal.  

If it were mine I would try a pressure wash.

You know that the life cycle of a company is in decline when they basically wash their hands of anything and everything, have zero sense of any reasonableness, nor the slightest interest in helping their “partners”.At this point, it’s all just a money grab.

We've always used chemicals.Bedding can easily be remediated by washing and drying.

Anything is possible, but being successful as an agent under 30 is incredibly hard, because clients usually don't pick agents that are much younger than they are.Always sail with the wind, it is easier.Getting into sales at a young age is a great idea, but I think you'll find it much easier (and make more money) doing something where your age is not in your way like flipping couches, washing driveways or selling lawn services.
