I had a few phone calls with Pricelabs, and their basic premise was pretty convincing:  "We are going to help you book your rental for as much as we can, as often as we can." 

I put his name on each license renewal, and I don't identify him as the owner or property manager...he essentially serves no purpose other than being a phone number within 60 miles of the residences.

I have spent hundreds of hours on the phone with Safeguard, attorneys, other investors and real estate professionals dealing with non performing notes and deteriorating real estate. 

You can also get the tenants to phone the police and then you have a record of the noise disturbance. 

It would be interesting to verify that the case is specifically about TCPA violations.The old client must have felt they were mistreated by the agent or some such thing, since it is so rare that a single phone call makes someone that antagonistic.

How many people hours at what pay, plus cost of buying lists, plus skip tracing, plus phone/texting charges, plus office overhead and so on and so on.Noobs think texting is cheap to free ;-)
