I was pretty experienced in real estate (did 160 stick built deals over 10 years, was a Russ Whitney/Rich Dad Mentor several years back) but had never done any mobiles.

All I know in the world of real estate investing is the books I've read ( currently "Creating Wealth by Robert Allen") and the infomercial Russ Dalbey on buying notes I bought...

Mostly what I got from him and some of the other "old-timers" was long term vision and understanding of the big picture.Now one of my partners in my wholesaling business actually had a hired mentor from Russ Whitney's education group come and mentor her for 4 or 5 days.

They just go by different names, first it was Carlton Sheets, Russ Whitney, Kiyosaki, they are all being sued, just do keyword search (i.e.
