All I know in the world of real estate investing is the books I've read ( currently "Creating Wealth by Robert Allen") and the infomercial Russ Dalbey on buying notes I bought... I appreciate the archives of knowledge I'm sure your site possesses and hope that I can learn everything I will need to become as well equipped as you folks have.. See you around... 8)
