- Cash Flow and Appreciation in one investment (allegheny west, strawberry mansion, brewerytown, cobbs creek)

I'm going to be 31 next month.Here is my life in a nut shell:Middle School: Self employed "Strawberry Picker", woke up early every morning, had my mother drop me at the berry patch picked quart after quart of berries, took them home, washed them, and then sold them to the Senior Citizens in old age homes.

We have some plans in place to begin investing in both Brewerytown and Strawberry Mansion, and also are experiments with buying at the Sheriff Sale. 

My goal is to buy multi family in the more affordable area such as frankford, west philly, strawberry mansion, etc.

That would probably make for happy neighbors especially if you will need them to cooperate later on.Then, after you have your plans for changing the use or whatever you goal might be, send another letter in the same manner to withdraw consent, your reason (you don't need a reason but it looks good) is that your use is changing, I'm planting strawberries all over my property, whatever. 

Throw in some orange slices, a few strawberries and kiwi and you have a better representation of a fruit salad.  

For me, choosing between the two is like trying to choose between chocolate and strawberry ice cream.
