Sorry to hear that is a total bad situation here is the resolution cash for keys and the cash should have three zeros after the first number enough to give the tenant first, last,security and moving costs for a new apartment if you hire a lawyer its going to cost you anyway and who knows when the housing courts will be open but when they do open again I dont think they will be in the mood to hear these kinds of stories better to wrk with tenant than against
