The reason is that I just saw an episode of Judge Judy where a tenant signed a lease with a landlord,moved into the property and did not pay for 5 months rent because the tenant was using the rent money to pay off legal fees due to his divorce in which case the tenant was squatting.

The problem they are having is that the University of Phoenix is still seen through most peoples eyes as being what I would refer to as a "Daytime TV College" (You know the ones that advertise between episodes of Judge Judy and tell you about how easy it is to get a degree in your spare time).
