My name is Rob and I am a real estate investor from central NJ.

I am new to the industry and happy to be here to connect with fellow real estate gurus :).

My full time job is a regional environmental health and safety manager for JLL on the amazon account.

I am focusing on single family home flipping within a 30 mile radius of south river, NJ 08882.

I am looking to network with wholesalers that provide deals in my area.
