If awarded home, invest 80-100k in renovations and sell for ~250K, following 1 year occupancy stipulation.  

Most states award treble damages for unlawfully keeping a security deposit if you choose to go that route.

Since BP decided to include votes, I never understood why they don't take more advantage (awards too).
