So I am not sure if the training has changed/adapted as a lot has changed in the space.

Per my request they sent me a YouTube video (see above) where it’s placing a bracket to hold the filter and disconnecting the cold water faucet hose from the shutoff valve, then installing a water supply line adapter to the cold water faucet hose.

I do feel I'm stringing myself out a bit with adding this deal to my current workload, but also feel I can adapt and conquer and maybe push myself into multi fam.           

In this ever changing world we live in, property management and business owners must adapt and change on a regular basis to keep up.

I adapted that one over the next couple of years.When I got to Florida I used the one provide by the board of realtors.We now have an adaptation of many leases that has been changed to fit how we manage.
