Listen to podcasts, watch webinars, read books, join a local REIA when they start meeting again, talk to local investors in your area. 

I would recommend joining the webinars and listening to the podcasts to start.

I know when Brandon does his webinars and uses the calculators, he personally likes to see $100-200 per unit of cash flow per month and at least a 12% Cash on Cash ROI (yours currently shows 12.31% with the numbers you put in)...Let me know, thanks!

Im able to replay webinars and all of the other benefits of having a pro membership.

I have spent the last month reading books on RE, listening to BP Live Webinars and Podcasts, and watching videos of different experiences from investors.

That's why you follow what everyone has mentioned here to include reading Brandon's book and watching the Webinars so you can ask the right questions during screening, etc. 

You are better to hook up with one of these specialists do a webinar with that person and then refer people to them.

Last Wednesday's webinar, Brandon mentioned that we could when he was analyzing a deal but never said how.
