New Real Estate Investor Introduction

Hey BP Community,

My name is Faraz I am a new REI in the Houston area. I have spent the last month reading books on RE, listening to BP Live Webinars and Podcasts, and watching videos of different experiences from investors. I have taken the Brandon Turner Challenge of buying my first property in 90 days. As I look to increase my knowledge bank I am hoping to learn from as many individuals as possible on how to be creative in real estate. With my limited knowledge what I bring to the table is the ability to research, analyze, and provide hands on work experience. I have also started to reach out and build a network/team to be able to answer any questions to better understand each situation throughout the process. I am hoping to learn more from the community and be able to provide back my experiences as I grow within real estate and be a better asset to the community.

My Goal:

To purchase 2 investment properties in the next few months either SFH or MFH.

Please let me know if there are more things I should be doing to increase my knowledge in RE. Also, if there are investors, brokers, or individuals in real estate out there that will allow me to pick their brains to answer any questions I would love to meet up and drinks will be on me.

Thanks for your time!
