I've found some errors over the years, but mostly I am so relieved I don't have to think about accounting on the daily;)

I am actively search for a real estate coach.

Inventory has held around 5-6 months for most of 2024 so far, with roughly 15% more active listings on the market in the metro area compared to August 2023.

While you are less likely to meet a passive investor at these meetups, there is reasonably high chance that you will meet someone that would want to partner with you on the deal as an active participant.  

It is precisely because of mentoring programs that teach strategies and techniques to people who do not have any grasp of the three afore mentioned fundamentals that we have such a mess with “wholesaling” and “subject to” that governmental authorities are figuring ways to heavily regulate or outright ban these activities in the residential real estate field. 

I just have a few more little touches to do and then I'm going to activate it through Cozy.co in January.  

Those probably aren't really investment activities anyway. 

@Ricardo Jones There are a handful of very active Facebook groups that focus on investing in this area.

Of the cases pending in Lee County, there is an active case, whereby the Plaintiff is alleging approximately 5 million dollars against Blacktip, and one alleging $150,000.There may be more cases, judgments, or settlement agreements that we are unaware of.
