Anyway take my opinion with a grain of salt cuz I have never done door knocking(but I have walked up to strangers seeing information about a neighborhood) so Im excited to see your responses and to see how close I am to being correct!

How many letters you send out and the frequency depends on your budget AS WELL as the ability for you to actually answer the phone and respond to the calls, and your how your area and market responds to the direct mail.best advice. just do it. you won't find out if it works or if it doesn't work if you don't take action and just do it. you'll learn more from one campaign of letters than listening to strangers on the internet lol

If I wanted to gather a bunch of like-minded investors and we pool our money to find investor properties, is there a site or service that will allow us to do that - taking care of all legal requirements for safeguarding and providing appropriate representation for every investor, and whatever else is legally required to operate this entity - buy, collect rent, pay taxes, manage expenses etc.I wanted to see how easy it is to work with strangers locally to invest in real estate.
