Unless she just enjoys traffic and homeless people defecating on the sidewalks haha.

I often "trade" exclusive use of a garage (if there is one) or a little rent concession in exchange for cutting the lawn and keeping sidewalks clear of snow.

Other then the usual utilities provided with each pad site, and some sidewalks, the park offered no other amenities.

You will also have horrible traffic, poor infrastructure, little to no sidewalks.

The entire line is beneath a concrete sidewalk unfortunately so I'm thinking digging and replacing would be too expensive.Anyone have any suggestions or company recommendations?  

Even the city where my Florida tenant's lived (when the city was going to fine me for my tenant's junky yard) limited their inspection of ordinance violations to the parts of the yard that could be seen from the street/sidewalk.

Look for chalk outlines on the sidewalks/streets.

(curb, gutter, sidewalk, utilities to property, etc.)

I need concrete steps and sidewalks replaced on a SF property. 

Cracked tile, chip on the countertop, loose fridge seal, cracks in sidewalk, old caulk are some of the things that come to mind over the years.
